Sara Delilah Cox has recently begun to make pottery after taking a three-year break to pursue a full time career in social work. She is most well known for her decorative functional pottery that she created from 1990 to 2001, which she sold at her Portland store front, Delilah Pottery. Since moving to Bowdoinham in 2004, her new work is inspired by her rural surroundings. From pantaloons to Chickadees, her original style has evolved while maintaining its playful flair.
